Delete your Tennd account

In the Tennd app or website

1. Sign in to Tennd.
2. Open Account & privacy: from Settings if you support a family member, or from the link at the bottom of your home screen if you're the person your family supports.
3. Tap Delete my account, then Request account deletion.

By email

If you can't sign in, email support@tenndai.com from the email address you use with Tennd, with the subject "Delete my Tennd account".

What happens next

• We delete your account and your personal information within 30 days, and email you when it's done.
• Things you shared with your family, such as stories, belong to the whole family and may stay with them. We'll be in touch about shared content.
• We may keep a small amount of information where the law requires it, for no longer than necessary.
• Changed your mind? Email support@tenndai.com before we've finished.
